for example, i know someone who's very anxious. they also have a heart insufficiency. it is obvious that the anxious tuning has co-developed to keep the heart pumping strong enough. it's a fix. you make this person relax, and you technically impact their vascular health negatively.

@kens Per me c'è carenza di strumenti utili. Siamo pieni di cose ma poi quando devi realmente fare qualcosa spesso non sai da dove partire: tutto omologato e non per questo funzionante.
