Very important. You get 2 pasteles en la "yunta"... You have to eat one with ketchup (or pique) and the other one without ketchup. Doesn't matter which one first. You have to eat both (unless you want bad luck). Also the bestest mothers (but no restaurants) will have: "blind" pasteles which are almost vegan, and rice pasteles.
