I am habitually late for transportation. I have gotten better at leaving with enough time to travel the distance to the airport, but I still have not developed the habit of having enough *extra* time for one (1) thing to go wrong. So, if there are any even minor setbacks, I'm in hilarious travel catastrophe mode.

This is probably the best list of management related stuff going wrong in gamedev. I've seen every single one of these in my career.
And no, those aren't really discussed much at big-corp (tm) leadership trainings (That'd would get people into inconvenient truths territory...). Better focus on harmless "fun" like MBTI scores and discussing what goes wrong on the team level rather than with the big picture
