    #Germany. The #Bundesrat asks the #Bundestag to add sexual identity as a class protected from #discrimination into the constitution (Art. 3 GG). This would forbid the state to use laws to discriminate some #LGBTQ+ people.In Germany, #homosexuality was criminalized until 1994 under §175 StGB.Activists also demand that #gender identity be added as well.I agree.
