@aeva I use this which avoids the need for copying and pasting in 90% of situations. When you try to interact with any post in another mastodon instance it opens up in yours.

oh nice. Do you know if there is one that “captures” links you come across when browsing your own instance? (As in: a post has a link to another post somewhere in the Fediverse. Normally I have to drag it onto the “Search or paste URL” box within the same page, but it would be nice if I could just click on it and have it loaded in there directly.)

@oblomov @starsider @aeva I patched my mastodon instance in a hacky way to make that happen, not sure if that could be translated to a browser extension
