@mcc that's a patty, but it's a unit of surface area. For length the unit is a vanilla stick (pod, whatever), called a vanilli.
What's interesting is the derived units like the petapatty or the millivanilli

Domani ho una tac per valutare come sta andando l'ultimo intervento per aneurisma, spero ben.
Quando ho fatto la prenotazione, sei mesi fa, la segretaria allo sportello mi ha detto, a voce, che avrei dovuto portare con me degli indicatori del sangue facendo prima un prelievo a mia cura, me lo ha annotato a mano sulla prescrizione.
Io ho cercato dappertutto sulla stampa fove ci fosse indicata questa necessità, ma non l'ho trovata - e ho già fatto esami di questo tipo ma mai mi hanno chiesto simili approfondimenti.
Insomma, stamattina vado a fare un prelievo e non so perché.
