In which period was the music you listen to recorded and/or released? Choose all that apply.

@evan I'm guessing these very chunky eras were chosen because Mastodon doesn't support, like, 10 poll options?
I'd say it breaks down about like this for me:
Pre-1955: 1%
1955-1964: 4%
1965-1974: 10%
1975-1984: 20%
1985-1994: 25%
1995-2004: 20%
2005-2025: 15%I'm largely out of touch with today's music, but there's a few (I think?) popular bands that I follow (e.g., Khruangbin), some fringe new stuff (e.g., The Olympians, Automatic, Mdou Moctar) and there are still plenty of artists I like still making new music (The Cure, Aimee Mann, Robyn Hitchcock, Colin Hay, etc.).

@neurob @bbacc il fatto che sia sola al mondo alimenta il tuo senso di colpa ma non è una giustificazione.
è pieno di gente che vive all'estero e quando si trova in situazioni di difficoltà torna dalla sua famiglia per un periodo più o meno lungo o per sempre perchè lì trova un appoggio per riprendere in mano la sua vita.il problema qui è: lei è in grado di valutare la sua situazione, capire che ha bisogno di aiuto e chiederlo ad altri (specialisti, famiglia,...) che non sia tu?
se è sì, può approfittare del suo ritorno in sudamerica, aprirsi con la sua famiglia e capire insieme a loro cos'è meglio per lei.
se invece le sue intenzioni sono solo quelle di rifugiarsi in un rapporto di dipendenza con te basato su dinamiche di sopraffazione per non affrontare alla radice i suoi problemi, non puoi caricarti

@evadm il meglio che puoi dove sei, cercando di ispirare le altre persone. Ma aspettarsi grandi movimentazioni credo che porti solo a delusione e frustrazione (lo dico a te ma è quello che mi ripeto ogni giorno).
