@greyduck @mcc I think it means you can travel to the US, contribute and then leave again. You don't need to *reside* there but are supposed to physically be there at the time of the transaction

@greyduck @mcc I'm going with the more charitable reading and leaning on the word "while" in the sentence. You can still be living abroad and visit the US for whatever reason and make your donation then. Heck, if we had a sane border, you could even just hop across the Canada/US border, make the donation, and then hop back. Nowadays if you did that you'd be detained.
