@underlap Microblogging and other feed-based systems have a small visibility window even when posts are permanently stored.

@aeva if I'm ever forced to use an LLM in my work I suspect I'd do something like this.
Have a script throw prompts at it in the background while I actively discard its outputs.

Vi siete mai chiesti come si forma u ingorgo ? Soprattutto quando, apparentemente, non vi sono incidenti, o lavori in corso ecc. ?
Qui una simpatica (e non facilissima) modellizzazione matematica che spiega alcune cose, come ad esempio il fatto che nel traffico scorrevole anche solo pochi autisti che "escono fuori ritmo" possono generare un ingorgo.

@ro @ghim727 uso nome e cognome, sono identificabile in 5 minuti,ma sostanzialmente non ci sono mie foto su internet.
E' una minuscola ribellione personale che precede di anni l'ia, gli smart glass, i riconoscimenti facciali.
Fosse per me i telefoni potrebbero non avere la fotocamera frontale.
(poi se qualcuno pubblica una foto in cui sorride, la guardo volentieri)

I don't entirely mind the idea of a LLM programming tool running while I work, so long as it is completely powerless to do anything at all, which includes forbidding it from making suggestions. I am more productive when there is a captive entity watching in horror as I slowly and carefully place every block into the square hole. My rubber duck also works fine for this, however.
