Y’all. My heart (and belly) is so full at the end of these two weeks at the John C. Campbell Folk School. I can’t tell you how lucky I feel that I was able to take the time out of my “real life” to do a deep dive building new skills and honing some rusty ones. Being surrounded by folx from all kinds of backrounds who were also diving into their respective crafts and arts.
I’m more than a little emotional about heading home in the morning!
So. Here’s a picture of the result of all that work:

@timmy and, it loads and navigates faster than any SPA ever written. And, will never require you to rewrite the whole thing because upstream deprecated the state handling functions or whatever the fuck sick shit those React dudes get up to.

if im doing a vibe check, a hand-coded simple html personal website is a big positive. there are so many ways you can do things, but that is an elegant weapon for a more civilized age.

però quando non avevo le restrizioni alimentari caffé o cappuccino e brioche le rare volte in cui si era a fare colazione con amici ci stavano bene, proprio per l'aspetto sociale (e anche perché ho mangiato certe brioche che *meritavano*), ed essendo appunto rare è meno un problema se anche si paga qualcosa di più.
