Grapes = Wine.
Potato = Vodka.
Wheat = Beer.
Apricot stones = Amaretto.
etc etc.But are there things which *can't* be turned into alcohol?
I've never seen tomato wine. Or onion schnapps.

@Edent I don't know for sure but I think samogon is the catch-all term for spirits made from mixed ingredients.

@Edent I think you need a lot of sugar or starch content, so for example leafy greens aren't going to work well. People make tomato wine all the time, though!
