I'm not a locks person : is this an established technique, normally with less interestingly shaped tools? Or did you just invent a whole new approach?

@swaldman there are such things as electronic lockpicks that function in a similar fashion, and I've heard of folx modifying electric toothbrushes before.

It's actually way less effective than just single-pin-picking it for me, as I can open most locks consistently in a few seconds, while his took me several takes to get it open his fast.

@michaelgemar Dev and I are friends, and I can vouch that he's one of the nicest people I know.

I've only met LPL once, but I know at least one of his business associates is a loud Trump fan, and that Covert Instruments logo incorporates the thin blue line (since 2021 I think).
