This is a cautionary tale that hit close to home. It's yet another entry in a long-running list of unfortunate souls who have lost years of precious memories to the corporate overlords the majority of us trust with our invaluable data.
THIS story just happened to be the one that scared me into taking action, and beginning the process of building my own #NAS (Network Attached Storage) solution.

@evan I bake sometimes but usually banana bread or oatcakes, these sort of parmesan/rosemary oatmeal cookies that are really more like biscuits. In any case, it's been a while for those too. I should really make some cookies....

I am 99% sure the other faithful knew he wasn't a traitor. They were just sick of his bullshit, and didn't want to share the prize with him when he hadn't helped. Right on, I say.

It was cool as hell. This guy had every chance in the world to not shoot himself in the foot. And he would have gotten tens of thousands of dollars for just putting a sock in it. But instead, he fell in love with the sound of his own voice, and being a nuisance, and he unpopularized himself out of winning the game.
