    Hey, Portland. Does anyone know the rank/roles for Portland police based on what they’re wearing? And if their authority changes depending on their uniform?We have the yellow/black ones that are always on bikes, then the street ones with some wearing white shirts and others wearing the dark blue.I’d like to know for safety. Now a car wash owner has filed a $50-million claim against DHS"...The 79-year-old car wash owner claims federal agents used excessive force and repeatedly ignored his pleas for medical treatment, violating his civil and constitutional rights....“In the process, the agents severely caused injuries to Mr. Shouhed, including but not limited to multiple busted ribs causing severe chest-wall trauma with extensive rib contusions (pain with respiration), and bilateral elbow injuries characterized by deep contusions and hematomas with marked swelling and reduced range of motion,” the claim read in part....He said the agents repeatedly ignored Shouhed’s request for medical attention as he was having trouble breathing.     Polizeipferde und Schlagstöcke gegen Antifaschist*innen in NĂŒrnberg‚Nachdem die Antifaschistin Hanna S. vom Oberlandesgericht MĂŒnchen zu fĂŒnf Jahren Haft verurteilt worden war, gab es tags darauf in verschiedenen StĂ€dten Proteste. Auch in NĂŒrnberg versammelten sich an jenem 27. September nach Polizeiangaben 1200 Menschen zu einer SolidaritĂ€tskundgebung mit anschließender Demonstration. Die richtete sich zugleich gegen den Aufmarsch des rechtsextremen »Teams Menschenrechte«, das unter dem Motto »Gemeinsam fĂŒr Deutschland« zur selben Zeit durch die Innenstadt zog.(
