Yes, AI can write as well as a high school senior. No AI cannot write as well as a professional writer. Your former employer didn't appreciate you. It is willing to deliver lower quality documentation.
My experience with AI used to replace customer service is that AI is simply another phone tree to argue with before you get to speak to a human.
