I have been living this status for two years. I feel like I lose a piece of my soul every day with every scene I see, with every pain I go through, with the hunger, the displacement, and the lack of hope.

@aeva @glassbottommeg was going to write a pedantic answer but thought better. now, the point: that's the real question isn't it, for writing for older specs: will all this _potential_ extra units translate into _actual_ extra units, and there i think we come back to the bane of indies? luck and reach?

Do you think having a GUI (native or web browser) that somehow subtly highlights which characters are ASCII vs those in UTF-8 that aren't when displaying IDNs would help to prevent or mitigate IDN homograph attacks?
