    @eyeinthesky @maikel You're right about that. Add in the lack of tools for building and testing ActivityPub, JSON-LD baggage, and HTTP signatures insanity, and it's amazing that anything gets built at all :)Fortunately, it looks like some real progress is being made, so hopefully 2026, 2027, and 2028 will bring the community together with better tools and specs, and give devs (even the big one) good reasons to improve compatability.

    Linux non è più quello di una volta. Uffa !Anni fa (parecchi anni fa ormai, a dirla tutta), avevo sempre da smanettare per far funzionare qualcosa. Adesso niente, funziona tutto, ci sono software per tutto, e se proprio serve non è impossibile in molti casi far girare i software per Windows (sì, anche photoshop se proprio si deve....o excel....mai fatto ma ho visto video dove girano felici con wine e alcuni magheggi....). I giochi girano tutti o quasi, e bene anche. Sì manca qualche software di livello professionale (Gimp.....mi senti ?? Darktable è fantastico, ma Gimp....insomma....)Uffa , magari devo cambiare ambiente desktop 😜 #linux #opensource #linux #opensource
