#Germany. The #Bundesrat asks the #Bundestag to add sexual identity as a class protected from #discrimination into the constitution (Art. 3 GG). This would forbid the state to use laws to discriminate some #LGBTQ+ people.
In Germany, #homosexuality was criminalized until 1994 under §175 StGB.
Activists also demand that #gender identity be added as well.
I agree. The #state must stay the fuck out of people's gender and #sexuality.
