@malin well, it's only really a matter of getting a new drive really, i didn't lose any data, but my PC is basically dead until i get a replacement (which with the current prices of ... everything might take a whiiiiiiiiiile). thank you, though! :)

@malin it should be, yeah, that's the same one that is in my gitea. i can't check right now since my laptop is running linux, but it should work just fine on windows

CC0-1.0 specifically is not considered "Free and Open Source" by some lawyers due to some of its limitations (for example, it is not an allowed license for "code" in Fedora Linux, it is only allowed for "content")

Sounds nice but what is that website doing?! It cranks my CPU way up, uses 200MB ram, and makes my fan run like crazy. So I didn't keep the site open long enough to read it. If the website is like that what would the app do to my computer, Not going to install it to find out. -

Every AI power user I know in big tech is stressed about how the technology will impact tech jobs. If people are 2x - 10x more productive with AI or can now do work outside their core skills ( PMs creating designs or designers writing code) how do job roles and the workforce change?
Will these changes be net positive or negative?

I get it, but the network is still so niche and with so few daily active users that 100 million dollars invested in it seem A LOT. They have stagnant growth.
For the fediverse, yes I have ideas about sustainability (ie. public institutions treating it as a public utility and funding its server and development costs)
