Which of these new kinds of food would you want named after you?

@Montaagge @evan bread always feels like love.

@evan
A castle siege themed cereal with cereal shapes like little battle figures so you can stage a battle and then eat it afterwards. -

@benbrown so, there *has* to be some kind of shoe or tap dance step or bowler hat called a "Ben Brown" already?

@benbrown well, I stand corrected. The field is wide open! Although this Ben Brown (blogger) fellow sounds interesting... 🤔

@evan fruit! I'd probably be allergic to it for maximum irony.
-
@evan I'm shocked at all the deli sandwiches! No way.
@maj I was too and I wonder if it has something to do with the psychology of having to make a choice where you have no clear preference.
I didn't feel motivated to choose any of them so I was about to choose the first one by default, but went "No, don't just pick the first one because you're lazy. Everyone else will do that."
So I picked the next one.

@sysop408 @evan As an information architect I constantly warn clients about the "Aardvark effect" where users will just default to the first item e.g. in a list of tags for content publishing.
Counter this with the wine list effect, where everyone picks the second-to-most cheap wine to the point that restaurants list the one they want to offload there.

@evan I feel you have more of an option for legacy if you go fruit. A deli sandwich is ephemeral but a kumquat is forever.
-
@evan A range of gluten-free sandwiches that don't fall apart as I eat them and don't feel doughy or sandy.
