FWIW my gut feeling been proven right about the bridge: that it would be mostly a one-way street benefitting people at the hipster nazi bar.
i followed about 50 people. only 5 followed back.

@blogdiva I’m turning off federation both ways on brid.gy.
PS: Be sure to go to your Mastodon Preferences and revoke access for the Bridgy app, to make sure they can no longer read from your account.

1. Find the user bsky.brid.gy[at]bsky.brid.gy (Type the user in the search box and click the Profiles matching… button)
2. Block the user bsky.brid.gy[at]bsky.brid.gy
3. Click the Preferences button on the sidebar
4. Go to Account/Authorized apps
5. Revoke access for Bridgy, if it exists.To stop seeing posts from Bluesky:
1. Find any user whose address ends with …[at]bsky.brid.gy (You can type bsky.brid.gy in the search box and click the Profiles matching… button)
2. Click on the user name to reveal their profile page
3. Click the ••• button
4. Click Block domain bsky.brid.gy
5. Click Block serverTo verify that you’ve done it, click the ••• More button on the right sidebar and click Blocked domains. You should see bsky.brid.gy there.

It worked for me. I blocked it weeks ago, it's been really nice.
