@pfefferle yeah, I've been using the pligin for a few years. But I might lose WordPress one day, as I don't like how the project is lead, and I think it might be time for a simpler web.

I pay for ghost for now but also mastohost because ghost doesn't have mobile app (or hashtag) support yet AFAIK.
@wjmaggos @activitypub.blog my friend @alex has developed a plugin that lets you publish to WordPress using any Mastodon app of your choice. However, this functionality isn't available by default on WordPress.com's free plans. You'll need to upgrade to a paid plan that supports installing plugins.

@wjmaggos @activitypub.blog @alex @moshidon I have to check this one. never heard of it before! and yes, definitely try to play around with all of that before thinking about a change. we are still heavily working on that and every feedback is very welcome :)
