We are using #dovecot on both machines and want to try to migrate to #mailcow.

@m0veax @CyReVolt @TSpeirs users can do it on their own from the mailcow interface, so you don't need their passwords.
You can also try to use doveadm sync (or dsync) for a general, server wide operation: https://doc.dovecot.org/2.3/admin_manual/migrating_mailboxes/ -
