A German family has lived in the same place for 3,000 years
Scientists have discovered that the Huchthausen family from the village of Förste (Lower Saxony) has lived there continuously for around three millennia, Bild reports.
DNA analysis showed that the ancestors of Manfred Huchthausen lived just two kilometers away — in the Lichtenstein Cave, where archaeologists found human remains buried around 1000 BC, along with bronze jewelry, animal bones, and traces of funeral pyres.

@aeva I *vaguely* remember seeing a review of these a long time ago, which had a sort of shocked "labs" segment where they couldn't believe how good it was (particularly at the price) but I wasn't in the market at the time

@uriel aggiungo una postilla sulle istanze italiane però: in parte sono anche d'accordo, ma d'altro canto credo che non sia tanto un discorso di derive cattocomuniste, quanto un problema di "linee editoriali" con organizzazioni e struttura, cose che comunque richiedono tempo e lavoro che è complicato spendere su base volontaria (pure se ci si vuole fare due lire tra donazioni e altro, che per me ci sta tutto - salvo pretese di purezza e santità)
