Most of the area remains as it was left when the ice masses departed around 14,000 years ago.The many boulders scattered around are evidence that the area has never been plowed. An exceedingly rare occurrence in Denmark. It's not a large patch, but the flora, fauna, and landscapes are top-notch.#Winter #Snow #Landscape

    Clear Creek Trail yesterday. Nearly every yr I head over there to catch the gold/yellow fall foliage. Experience has taught me that, around 11 am, sunlight tops the tall trees on the right & lights up that golden maple on the left.#StormHour #fall #landscape #nature #Photography #AltText
