I spent 35 years mormon without coffee, and wondered what kind of sleep disorder I had to be always tired. Then I started drinking coffee and now I can get through the morning without desperately needing to crash. The caffeine is the solution, not the problem.

It's the time of year for lip balm. My skin gets very dry in the winter, and one year I was also taking some medication that made it 10 times worse.
