@cmconseils absolutely. I was at a marionette show with my 4-year-old two weeks ago and there was a super obnoxious child who kept loudly talking back to the puppets.

When a puppet asked the children: « can you tell me what is another flaw, aside from envy? » he replied « kindness ». I couldn’t believe it.

We all found out his name during the show: « Charles ». New saying around the house: « don’t be like Charles »

@_elena @cmconseils That ain't cool in the case of that annoying kid, especially assuming this was meant as a fun thing for kids to enjoy with their parents or their caretakers, and someone has to go and act like that.

I mean it's one thing to go along with the show and reply where it's encouraged to do so, as I understand it most shows like this encourage engagement in that sense, and another to do basically the kid equivalent of heckling.

Like, the part where it was asked,

can you tell me what is a another flaw, aside from envy,

a great answer to that, and one that's sadly relevant to current events, would be 'greed' or 'dishonesty.'

@dfx4509b @cmconseils yes that kid was talking back the entire time... essentially a 5-year-old heckler. He was sitting on our row in a teeny tiny theater and I saw that his parents didn't tell him to quiet down, not once. Even the puppeteer got fed up at one point!
