Bonjour internet, j'ai besoin de toi.
Voici mon petit Bourdon, elle a bientôt 18 mois et l'été dernier elle est allée avec son papa et sa grand mère a l'exposition Art is in the Air du balloon museum au Grand Palais. C'était vraiment super.
Après l'Expo, dans la boutique du musée elle a rencontré Bubulle. Et la magie a opéré. Bubulle et Bourdon sont devenus inséparables.
Mais il n'y a qu'un Bubulle et depuis nous vivons dans l'angoisse qu'il lui arrive un truc terrible, genre un accident de machine à laver ou bien pire, qu'on le perde quelque part (j'exagère à peine pour l'angoisse, une fois on l'a cherché pendant une heure avec un Bourdon en crise de pleurs et il était juste dans les toilettes !!!!).
Bref, j'ai essayé de trouver un deuxième Bubulle un peu partout sur internet, de contacter le balloon museum et même l'artiste qui l'a désigné pour le merch de l'Expo... Sans réponse.
Aujourd'hui, l'Expo est à Milan jusqu'à février. Je ne connais personne à Milan, ni personne qui doit y aller prochainement.
Mais si vous y allez, ou si vous connaissez quelqu'un qui y va, svp, contactez moi, je vous offre les places pour l'Expo, je vous rembourserai l'achat d'un Bubulle, je prendrai évidemment en charge les frais de port pour qu'il arrive à la maison.

Today, the Expo is in Milan until February. I don't know anyone in Milan, nor anyone who is going there soon. But if you're going, or if you know someone who is, please contact me. I'll pay for your tickets to the Expo, reimburse you for the purchase of a Bubulle, and of course cover the shipping costs to get it to our home.

Ecco la mia piccola Calabrone, che presto compirà 18 mesi e la scorsa estate è andata con suo padre e sua nonna alla mostra Art is in the Air del Balloon Museum al Grand Palais. È stato davvero fantastico.
Dopo la mostra, nel negozio del museo ha incontrato Bubulle. Ed è scattata la magia. Bubulle e Calabrone sono diventati inseparabili.
Ma c'è solo un Bubulle e da allora viviamo nell'angoscia che gli succeda qualcosa di terribile, tipo un incidente con la lavatrice o, peggio ancora, che lo perdiamo da qualche parte (esagero appena per l'angoscia, una volta l'abbiamo cercato per un'ora con Calabrone in crisi di pianto e lui era semplicemente in bagno!!!!).
Insomma, ho cercato di trovare un secondo Bubulle un po' ovunque su Internet, ho contattato il Balloon Museum e persino l'artista che lo ha disegnato per il merchandising dell'Expo... Senza risposta.
Oggi la mostra è a Milano fino a febbraio. Non conosco nessuno a Milano, né nessuno che ci andrà prossimamente. Ma se ci andate, o se conoscete qualcuno che ci va, per favore contattatemi, vi offro i biglietti per la mostra, vi rimborserò l'acquisto di un Bubulle e ovviamente mi farò carico delle spese di spedizione per farselo arrivare a casa.

spezie a piacere¹
2 bicchieri di latte
volendo 30 cl whiskymescolare zucchero, maizena e spezie in un pentolino, aggiungere il latte e mescolare fino a che non è tutto sciolto. volendo aggiungere il whisky. cuocere a fuoco lento mescolando fino a che non si rapprende (ci si accorge, tende a farlo di colpo), di solito servono più o meno 10 minuti.
¹ il mix di spezie da pan di spezie è ottimo. ma ci stanno bene anche un paio di cucchiaini di orzo solubile. oppure niente, e aggiungere un po' di sciroppo alla frutta (tipo cedrata o sciroppo di sambuco) o sciroppo d'acero alla fine.

fare un impasto con:
300 ml acqua
500 g farina
3 g lievito di birra liofilizzato (o 9 g lievito di birra fresco in panetto)
6 g saleimpastare come un impasto da pane, far lievitare 6-8 ore¹ a temperatura ambiente
lavare, storsolare e tagliare due mele a dadini
dividere in 8 parti l'impasto, tirarle piatte con le mani, metterci sopra un po' di dadini di mela, richiudere l'impasto cercando di non lasciare buchi. mettere su una teglia coperta di carta da forno con il taglio verso il basso.
far lievitare ancora 1 oretta
infornare a 210°C per 20 minuti
¹ io impasto alla mattina prima del lavoro e faccio cuocere prima di cena, per comodità. se lievita anche solo 4 ore probabilmente viene comunque

tagliare pane raffermo a pezzi, arrivare quasi a coprire di latte, lasciare in ammollo per qualche ora, meglio una notte.
schiacciare il pane ammollato con una forchetta per rendere il tutto uniforme. aggiungere un barattolo di marmellata, mescolare.
se sembra troppo liquido aggiungere cose solide come fiocchi d'avena, pane grattuggiato, briciole di biscotto, se sembra troppo denso aggiungere cose liquide come succo di frutta, sciroppi, ulteriore latte.
mettere in una teglia, volendo coprire di zucchero mascobado
infornare a 180°C per circa mezz'ora
¹ purché il pane sia vegetariano.
