You know what I hate?
The whole Hollywood myth that if you spend three months in the gym, you’ll magically get a superhero physique.
No. You won’t. Diet and exercise alone won’t get you there in that timeframe. It’s not true. Has never been true.
Those transformations you see? They’re built on private chefs, multiple workouts a day, dehydration tricks, perfect lighting, spray tans, and—let’s be real—chemical enhancement they’ll never admit to.
Meanwhile, regular people like me go to the gym as often as we can. And after years of real work, the result isn’t a Marvel poster. It’s incremental gains, a bit more definition, and the occasional sore knee. -

Lettura obbligata per tutti quelli che vogliono imparare a fare self-hosting. È da parecchio che vorrei imparare qualcosina di più e non vedo l'ora di leggere i prossimi post scritti da Elena. Non ho esperienza da programmatore e già questo articolo mi ha chiarito parecchi dubbi!
