Hmm... UK minister says they "will not hestitate to go further" on online safety if needed. I'm not certain that the current #OnlineSafetyAct is working (and there's a debate on that in Parliament on Monday) so that may be a statement to be challenged and rethought. #ukigf25

@_elena @pfefferle Every time I open Facebook (which I do from time to time for family/friends updates and my town’s community page), I see so much AI slop in my feed. It’s so offputting and there’s really no way to get rid of it, since you don’t control the algorithm in any way. Unfortunately it must be getting engagement from most FB users, otherwise they wouldn’t keep ramping it up. But as you say Elena, it’s yet more motivation to increase time on the fediverse.

@devol Concordo. Basta che gli utenti siano consapevoli che se hanno bisogno di aiuto e vogliono comunicare con una community specifica allora dovranno usare un hashtag specifico.
Mentre se si vuole comunicare con tutto il fediverso allora dovranno usare un hashtag generico (oppure una combinazione di entrambi)
