Hello. Are there any people who can advise on laptops? After six years of use, my Lenovo is overheating and performing poorly. I replaced the thermal paste, but it did not help. It may be time to purchase a new laptop. Do you have any recommendations for laptops that are known for their durability? My budget is around €1,000 euros.

@vaidajm I used to always get Dell, but lately it has become more hit and miss: you either get an eternal model, or one that breaks after 5 minutes of moderate use. I've been looking for a solid alternative since, no luck yet.

For your current machine, I assume the fans still work? In my Lenovo the fan failed *twice* (also I have to make sure the GPU is properly initialized or it overheats for some reason but I doubt that's the issue you're having).
