It was wet today, but I still managed a couple of bird photos this morning before work.
A Striated Heron down by the ferry terminal, and a couple of Australasian Swamphens sharing a worm, and their chick standing nearby.

@Su_G @CStamp @RnDanger @mekkaokereke "justice is what love looks like in public". I don't believe he was merciless at any point in this process, but the cops were at every opportunity. He was resolute and unapologetic, which isn't the same as cruelty. They didn't have to go through any of this. And, even after the initial crimes they committed, they didn't have to bring a meritless lawsuit to make it worse for themselves, and for him.
