My customer is driving me up the wall. You can either say “We want you to develop a lot of this project because you built the old version and you know our practices” or “we asked a designer to make some designs based on our current site, let her write the specs, we didn’t review the specs, we just told these contractors to implement them, now you can finish it up”, but not both. What good is my knowledge of the existing system if your new implementation never bothered to align with it?
