Se vuoi dare una spinta (una sorta di booster) al lievito, lavora di nuovo l'impasto dopo la lievitazione: la pasta lievitata include sacche di aria povera di ossigeno e ricca di CO2, condizione che deprime l'ulteriore moltiplicazione dei lieviti. Il rimpasto introduce nuova aria ossigenata ripristinando condizioni che sono favorevoli ad una ulteriore moltiplicazione dei lieviti.
Otterrai un impasto più soffice.

My first impressions: It is fun to use, the quality of the pictures is decent. The only caveat I see is how difficult is to keep the image steady without image stabilization.
