    👉 For legal reasons, three members who incorporate must be residents of Canada. That’s a legal requirement, not a personal decision.

    👉 This entire initiative literally started this week. We’re at the earliest possible stage: identifying founding members and consulting with co-operative development groups to make sure the legal and structural foundations are solid. These groups have the expertise on incorporation, bylaws, and governance models. It’s essential to get this groundwork right before opening things up more broadly.

    👉 For people who’ve signalled they would like to be founding members of the co-op, a full update will be sent out via email on Sunday night, so stay tuned for the next steps.
