Is this a bug? "Show Upvote %" Only Shows in Tooltip Instead of Next to Votes and Displays Too Many Decimals

I enabled the “Show Upvote %” option and turned off all the other score-related settings, but now I don’t see anything next to posts where the total score usually appears. Some comments show the percentage, but not in the spot between the vote arrows where the score normally is. I’d expect the upvote percentage to appear for every post and comment in place of the total score, but instead it only shows up as a tooltip when hovering over the arrows. Is this the intended behavior or a bug? Also, is it really necessary to display so many decimal places in the tooltip?

@cwebber Not only do I hear stuff like this from regular brogrammers, I've even heard it from people I've traditionally admired a great deal for being (to date) serious developers and stewards of platforms & APIs.

@cwebber in the context of rewriting code, though, I think they should be treated like a "translation" tool (like compilers and linkers) and should not be able to change the copyright of the original (other than adding more ambiguity, I suppose).

@cwebber exactly this. on the flip side, their seemed to be a vast desire among management types and maybe hobbyists for some super easy super high level language. but idk if it's even worth going there. avoiding the details only works until it doesn't

NooooooooooooooooooooooooooooLLMs are not compilers, and they're not assemblers. Determinism is a key aspect to assemblers and compilers.
And they *certainly* can't be part of a reproducible pipeline
