FYI, you're allowed to format your resume in ways that AI has trouble reading in order to weed out employers that use AI to screen applicants.
Multiple columns, multiple colours, confounding symbols... You're allowed to reject companies that use AI just as much as they're allowed to us AI to limit their choices.
Let them shoot themselves in the foot. They don't deserve you. And you deserve to work for a company of real people who value other unique people.
