FYI, you're allowed to format your resume in ways that AI has trouble reading in order to weed out employers that use AI to screen applicants.
Multiple columns, multiple colours, confounding symbols... You're allowed to reject companies that use AI just as much as they're allowed to us AI to limit their choices.
Let them shoot themselves in the foot. They don't deserve you. And you deserve to work for a company of real people who value other unique people.

I sort of figured that, so it probably is a case of all caps-ing into the void. But it does make me wonder why the bot is set up to post screenshots rather than just propagate the original text. Alas, the world may never know.

@Em0nM4stodon … I had done zero research. Just drove here, mostly expecting a beach car park and some craggy cliffs. Of course, there’s a full visitor centre and all kinds of (excellent) facilities. The views are superb and the weather has been unexpectedly perfect on this trip.
