quite a while ago, months?, a year?
M$ laid off quite a few people. And someone from M$ took to linkdin to advice those recently unemployed to use "AI" to get help.
And somehow in the wording that was reported made me think, "this gotta be a white dude."
Maybe I should ask some M$ dudes I still keep in contact with to confirm or deny my suspicions. But I feel fairly certain 😅
But sometimes...

Sometimes someone says/posts something that makes me go:

... I will give you an example ...
My moms is "white", while my pops was "black". But growing up, race wasn't a thing for me. In Puerto Rico we have all kinds, we are all puertoricans. Even if you weren't born here, if you love* the island, and you suffer* the island, then you are one of us.
Race, for me, came from watching "American" TV and movies. It came later in life. And so, I don't often think in terms of race.
Lately, my brain has been doing a thing, where if I see OBJECT my brain automatically says,
"Oh, it's just a small OBJECT the size of a big OBJECT." (or viceversa depending)
And I swear it must have been from something I watched, or read, or from a song... But I just can't find it!
Level with me fedi, am I a little bit insane? Or is this a one liner from somewhere?

Me (thinking): Both X and Y are different categories of the same problem. X applies to Person 1 because of their past circumstances, Y applies to Person 2 because of their current environment. The root of both problems is probably capitalism, though several layers removed in such a way that it is difficult to connect. Instead of solidarity as they have a common enemy, both persons argue against each other . It's sad.
#GodotEngine question: I tried Godot Manager, and Godot Version Manager. Different tools that allow having different Godot versions concurrently. Both are great; but I don't need versions, or tying projects to versions.
I want to know if there's a simpler tool that automatically downloads latest (including alphas/betas) version and updates in place given a target directory.
PS: Please don't ask "AI".
PPS: Please boost instead of replying if you do not have answer from personal experience.

Apparently LG TV's now installs a CoPilot app that cannot be deleted.
No wonder I've been seeing more articles about "Dumb" TVs lately.
But also, I've seen way too many ignorant mansplainer takes like: "You don't have to connect your TV to the Internet!"

Finally have a gaming PC. Only to play decade old games. Currently Risk of Rain. Like, the original one. Trying to get the Engineer unlock.
I laid down on the sofa again... and instantly fell asleep again. I am a cliche.

The clouds had distorted, but the blue was not there and the stars could be seen. And it was still bright as day. Everything surreal.
The starts seemed to be dancing. Dancing dancing and then they started to disappear. As the minutes passed and the people looked up there were less and less. And everyone, me too, grew up a sense of dread.
People ran home. Or got in their cars.
I thought, "If this is a galactic collapse, there's nothing I can do to stop it. So... Only one thing I SHOULD do..."
I had a bad dream this morning. I was "outside" talking to people at the corner store. And there was a homeless guy I was talking to, trying to suss out some wisdom out of him, about his life experience and whatnot. We were talking for a while. Then he grew somber and said, "I have to go, I think this is finally the end."
He then rushed away, and at first I was perplexed.
Then I noticed the sky had a weird color. Like it had washed out to a pink, then dark... And then there was no more sky...
