This means that.If I really wanted to have some sort of dynamic NPCs that seem like they are not on rails I have to consider how many I would need up front.Maybe I could mix "smarty" NPCs with "dumby" NPCs if I wanted to have the appearance of a crowded town, for example.This isn't anything new, of course, these aren't revelations. @afreytes Well, that's better than mine. I fell out of a dirigible from a high altitude into the ocean. I don't remember why I was in the dirigible or why I fell out. All I know is that I really didn't want to survive the impact since drowning would be worse. Especially since I can't actually drown in dreams, I just discover that I can breathe under water (unless I'm having sleep apnea).
