I have tried to explain what I do to my kids and my best received explanation was „I build LEGOs all day but there aren’t actually any LEGOs it’s all in my mind“. And sometimes just Internet Plumber.

@winterschon as a working parent sometimes I forget to take time to do this in the rush to do all the small things.

I try to reflect at the end of each day on how this day made me happy.

We had snow over the weekend and it makes me ridiculously delighted every time.

Getting a hug from my kids, even the teenagers, when they come home from school, or when they are going to bed.

I love #SilentSunday so much. I scroll idly through incredible photos and vignettes of peoples‘s lives while slurping my way through my late morning coffee. How cool is that?

For the first time in months I’m able to relax a bit. Chilling to Schubert‘s Unfinished symphony in a comfy chair with my late morning coffee. ☕️
