I used up my travel toothpaste, and I was thinking I should buy tooth powder for future travel, just to have one less "liquid" in my bag. Is there a simple one that's for daily use? I did a search and there are lots of fluoride-free stain-fighting versions. But I like fluoride in my toothpaste, thank you very much, and now I'm wondering if these stain-fighting ones are too abrasive for everyday use.

My stiff neck is back. It's a chronic issue. I went to see my physical therapist this morning, and when she touched my neck and back, she was like "oh my god what happened to you to cause so much stiffness? Have you been under stress?"

Maybe I can finally admit to myself that I have been under stress.

Now I'm wondering if the poop dot net guy follow requested me because of this post or if he was going to follow request me anyway. Correlation or causation?

I never thought I would have to say this explicitly but: I promise I will never pick up a piece of poop in my hand, much less post a photo of it.

I'm back home. After a week of eating not very well with my parents, my husband had five different pots of vegetarian food ready for me ❤️

And I'm back at work today. I had 90 emails waiting after a week. In my previous job there would have been 100+ emails per day. I should be caught up by lunchtime.
