Instagram just disabled my account and claims:
> Your account has been permanently disabled. This is because your account, or activity on it, doesn’t follow our Community Standards.
> As it’s been more than 180 days since we suspended your account, you can no longer request a review of this decision.
It did work yesterday. I just used it to browse, I never posted anything

I've also been using Nextcloud in the last year and it does everything I need. I think it could be worth trying.
As a server/application manager I've heard of Yunohost. It looks interesting but I've never used it.
