@evan I voted for Havarti but it really depends on what kind of sandwich one is making. What kind of protein? Hot or cold? What kind of bread is it on? etc. etc.

@evan There are probably more than 100 kinds of Swiss cheese. I mean … Emmentaler or Gruyère is a huge difference. What kind do you mean?

Sono la stessa cosa nel senso che cercano di avvicinarsi a "quella cosa là", sono parole diverse nella misura in cui sono strumento, né più né meno di un cacciavite, per costruire un discorso, e quindi sono adattati in tal senso

Non so quando abbiamo iniziato a pensare che la scienza sia una descrizione della realtà.
La realtà ci sorpassa da tutti i lati, la scienza elabora appena dei modelli per spiegare alcuni comportamenti ricorrenti del mondo fisico. I modelli peraltro cambiano continuamente, imponendoci di “vedere il mondo” in modo diverso.
Che sollievo levarsi questo peso, la realtà è molto più che una sua descrizione scientifica. La realtà è imperniata sul mistero, sondabile ma non esauribile. La realtà si sviluppa intorno all'uomo, al punto di coscienza del cosmo, non al mondo fisico. C'è una differenza di punto focale, per cui ci può essere sovrapposizione solo in parte.
