      @jeffpalmer
      Lovely!
      I have an ErgoDash, now, but I'm very much tempted by the Piantor Pro BT.
      I could use my (almost) 10 years old kids as excuse: I can put the ErgoDash on his desk and buy the Piantor Pro BT for me... 😇
      I'm a bit scared by the reduced number of keys, since I'm not a touch-typer: how is it with 36?

        @AAMfP Well, I'm probably not super representative as I've been "training" myself for a number of years, starting with an Atreus a while back (great keyboard, btw!). I'm definitely feeling some acclimation pains, but honestly it's a good reason to hack some QMK features into my build to make my life easier.

        That said, I'm a fan! If there's a keyboard meetup near you, maybe you can try to test one out before making the jump?

        Anyway, good luck!

          @jeffpalmer
          Thanks.
          I should be able to check for it next year: I'm going to go to Tokyo, and I'll surely visit (again!) the great YushaKobo mechanical keyboard store, hoping it'll have a Piantor or similar small things.

            Ben-Stokes you'll want to use NodeBB-plugin-sso-oauth2-multiple or nodebb-plugin-session-sharing 🙂

            kblade said in Run NodeBB along with my website using my website's auth system.:

            > Is it possible to make NodeBB sync with my auth system?
            > if so, then how can I go about with it, without modifying much of NodeBB?
            > Thank you

            I had the same question when I was looking into integrating NodeBB with my own web app. I also wanted to avoid having two separate login/register systems and instead rely on my site’s existing authentication so that users could seamlessly log in to both. The default NodeBB setup doesn’t make this obvious, and I wasn’t sure if it could sync without a lot of custom code. From what I’ve read, people usually suggest looking into SSO plugins or writing a custom authentication strategy so that NodeBB accepts your existing session or token. But like you, I was hoping to do this with minimal modification to NodeBB itself. I’d really appreciate it if anyone who has implemented this could share the best approach, whether it’s using passport, JWT, or something else that plays nicely with NodeBB. I know I am reviving a very old thread because somebody has already asked that question please help

            @Gina hey! Good job! It can definitely be difficult, but if you persevere and learn to enjoy the process, and don't panic or get greedy. If you are patient and don't try to get hit after hit, you'll get through everything!

            If you notice my clips I really tend to spend LOTS of time just idle and seeing what happens, I even think "wow that even looks boring lol" but in the moment that itch to "I must attack as much as possible" is something you should ignore, patience is key
