@ben me too, though the jollof cafe now does food from all over the world. Fun fact, in Senegal-Gambia, arguably the home of jollof rice, the dish is known as Bene Chin (one pot) or tcheppe (rice). The locals will tell you that 'jollof' is a corruption of 'wolof', a people from that part of the world

@RobertoArchimboldi I've met people who speak Wolof! I know about jollof from my Nigerian colleagues, but I heard on good authority that Ghana has better jollof. Senegal-Gambia better still!

@ben whisper it... but Nigerian jollof is a disappointment. The Senegambian style is my favourite. The best that I have ever eaten was cooked by an Ivorian. I imagine the Ghanian is very spicy
