Rudy (Founder of BlackSky) made a thread today about it as well and plans/actions to how they're proceeding.
(The biggest point being moving away from bsky's Appview into their own but still building/deploying it. Another caveat shows how PDS's can still be viewed outside of bsky's appview when individuals are banned from bsky and on an alternative PDS)

“Chat Control” è il nome di una proposta di regolamento dell’#UE per il contrasto degli abusi sessuali su minori (#CSAM). Obbliga i fornitori di servizi digitali di “rilevare” contenuti sospetti nelle comunicazioni private.
Il testo proposto include l’obbligo di scansione preventiva, anche per comunicazioni cifrate (end-to-end), mediante tecnologie “client-side scanning”: cioè il contenuto verrebbe analizzato prima che sia cifrato e inviato.
