    Why wouldn't you chew up all the disk space every day, especially when you can also destroy the SSD because lifespan of an SSD is write-limited?

    @informapirata @aitech forse sarebbe ora di separare il mondo della AI - non riducibile ai LMMs - dai sistemi proprietari che elaborano stringhe e tokens. Non si tratta di odiare la AI ma chi specula su un ambito di ricerca enorme e utile per ridurlo ai propri interessi manipolando le persone attraverso narrative studiate apposta per agire come leve performative (far fare/far credere) sulle persone (IMHO).

    @hongminhee one thing that probably didn't help is that FOSDEM tends to be full of people whose first language is not English, who communicate in *written* English a lot in their day to day language but have a strong accent influenced by their native language when speaking.I think it makes said English beautiful, but it's not always helpful in being easy to understand, compared to a more standard accent.
