@mariosiniscalchi il vulnus all'indipendenza sta nel fatto, secondo me, che non si lascia decidere alla magistratura da chi farsi rappresentare in organismi che regolano e disciplinano il suo lavoro.
È una chiara diminuzione della sua autonomia (poi si può ritenere che sia un bene, secondo me non lo è).
Io non demonizzo le elezioni, non credo siano in sé negative. Una persona, per farsi scegliere, deve trovare consenso e può farlo anche mostrando la propria competenza, no?

Che fastidio quando aspetti una cosa con ansia da aliexpress e poi quando arriva è quella sbagliata. Con quello che ho pagato facevo prima probabilmente da amazon a questo punto almeno se arrivava sbagliato potevo fare il reso gratis
