I need to have a septoplasty and my ENT recommended half a dozen clinics.
I excluded a couple because they're too inconvenient and now I don't know how to pick one.What would you recommend, keeping in mind i'm already panicking about post-op sleep deprivation and difficulty breathing?

I’ve just found out that some Lemmy web interfaces let you sign in with multiple accounts and switch between them easily. Is there any client that can show notifications from all accounts at the same time, so I don’t need to switch back and forth?
I’ve checked out Voyager, Photon, Alexandrite, and Tesseract. They all seem quite similar to me. Which one would you recommend?

@Gina @rrapio @watchfulcitizen good morning you all! Well, my "secrets" to productivity are:
1) accidentally falling asleep at 9:30pm (so that by 5:30am I had already slept 8 hours)
2) knowing I can't do much work on a Wednesday because daycare only runs till 12:30pm
Given how long I've already been up and working... and the fact I will be with a little tornado of energy from 12:30pm till 8:30pm, I bet that tonight I will also fall asleep at 9-9:30pm 😅🤣

È così, puoi iscriverti al programma ESU che sarebbe a pagamento, ma in Europa c'è uno sconto del 100% per il primo anno, e al massimo fino al 15/10 2026.
A mio avviso però è un rimandare il problema, e poi una macchina con Windows 10 non aggiornabile a 11 è molto lenta, possiamo dire che arranca.
Con Linux la stessa macchina vola!

@bradipo qui sempre avuto, da quando ci sono i cellulari. Ma abbiamo solo 20 seggi, più il seggio mobile per votanti a domicilio, ospedale o luogo di cura.
